White Sage ~ Bundle

White Sage:  Used since ancient times by medicine people and healers in various cultures, this herb is for cleansing your space, tools, talismans, self, coven members, and more.

Sage supports wisdom, health, blessings, and balance.  It smells intoxicating and beautiful.  

Use as a smudge for cleansing: light the tip, wait for the end to turn red and then blow out the flame.  Use your hand, a feather, fan, or mini besom to fan the smoke around the area, person or thing being cleansed.  Remember, a little sage smoke goes a long way.  

Keep unlit bundles on your altar for mental clarity, on a nightstand, and in the car.  Sprinkle bits around a meditation candle or scatter on the ground of an outside space.

If you have a compromised immune system or other health concerns please take care not to inhale the smoke from lit sage and confirm with your doctor that it is safe for you to be around incense smoke. If ever in doubt, use unlit sage.

Reptile keepers please also be cautious as to how much smoke goes near an enclosure - just like air fresheners and incense it is harmful to certain reptiles and amphibians.
